I just started getting sore feet around the time I began the shots, very sore. Weird I never had it prior. I was always asked that by my LLMD and a few lyme literate friends and the answer was always no.
I have experienced different forms of “sore feet,” and I feel like each has a different cause.
Bone pain - Ex. getting out of the car or standing after sitting and feet and ankles feel stiff and it feels like the bones are involved. This is the one I think most associate with bartonella, although mold/yeast can also cause joint pain and stiffness and foot pain.
Neuropathy - could be tingling, burning, numbness or a combination. I sometimes feel it in bottoms of feet or tops of feet and toes. When on top, I have associated it with MCAS, as it often occurs when I am eating.
Soreness - I have felt what I call a true “soreness” in my soles and palms of hands. I have also had it in the inside of my elbows. It feels sore. The kind of sore you feel around a wound or a recovering insect bite. My doc said it was from toxic debris circulating through the blood. When in my palms, my hands will feel sore and tender when I am washing them.
I could be totally off with differentiations about
the causes. They could be all or none caused from bartonella. I just know I associate the different feelings with different causes.
