How long until herx?

I had the same questions as to when and what causes a herx. My cam come with out any rhyme or reason. I couldnt tell if I was flairiing or herxing. Until most recently could I get a thumb on it some what. Out of the last three years this year I can tell what a herx was. Mine always are increased head pressure/ horrible OCD social anxiety/ and neuropathy in my feet. The neuropathy in my hands subsided. It can last minutes/days/weeks/ or a month. How I can tell is that I have moments of feeling good. It can be feeling good for a few hours/days/weeks. It can be cumbersome and depressing(not lyme Depression) depression because you get some days of old back and you are quickly reminded of the hellish reality. Rember alot of trail and error you will start to see better days and days turn into weeks ect. I am at the point where I have better days and almost a week. I don't want to jinx it because when reality hits again I don't want to be dissaponted

I had reactions that fast to houtty and maybe sida. Wasn’t an allergic reaction for me. I also was helped by houtty. I understand the freakiness of feeling effects like that. I remember getting crazy electrical pains. They were fleeting, though. Just nerve wracking when you have new symptoms you never had before. Houtty is a great herb.
