Could I also have Bart

So I was on disufiram and was better to a 85% well and relapsed after suffering anxiety and depresion that has gone away after 14days of beeing off but now I have a bad UTI and a small pain in the back of my head that comes and goes and some one suggested I might have Bart which I didn't come out positive don't have any skin problems o stretch marks I'm wondering if my UTI is just a coincidence what else should I look for to see if it's Bart?

Some of my Bart symptoms;

Rib tightness and pain
Foot pain when walking
POTS
Muscle pain
Bone pain (especially my tailbone)
Swollen clavicle lymph node

I didn’t have the scratch marks until after over a year of treating - and they were very light lines on my upper back.
