Yes, I would recommend taking some electrolyte supplements now and then, specially if you use the sauna a lot. I have been taking binders for two years, one or two per day. I go some days without, but at most once a week. It would be good to take a few different binders or a multi binder. I take Ultra binder, GI detox and Takesumi supreme. Only take the ultra binder 1-2 times a week, as it costs more.
Epsom foot baths are my favorite.
