Clotrimazole for bartonella

Clotrimazole isn’t a systemic azole drug so I don’t know why one would take that versus fluconazole (difuclan) for Bart. I took diflucan and tetra 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for Bart and it worked great.

Orally 150mg tablet once per day along with 500mg tetracycline twice per day, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Fluconazole has a long half life and crosses the BBB.
