Bloated can bartonella cause that

I am extremely bloated i dont know what to do its like could it be candida or bart?

Bartonella. Often I would have diarrhea afterwards which smelled really bad.

A lot of things can cause bloating. Candida, SIBO, MCAS, food allergies, various gut issues....
