Hi running wild,
Sounds like you had a truly positive experience at the clinic for the 2 weeks you were there, so happy for you!
I believe from what you wrote it's a great jump start on the road of healing and you are definitely going in the right direction.
For those who have any interest in Phage Treatment I found this on the internet (also not intended to sound like a commercial, lol):
https://biologixcenter.com/lyme-disease/exciting-preliminary-results-treating-borrelia-with-native-phages/Running wild, you mentioned constipation and I wanted to talk about
that because I was one who used to (and sometimes still do) suffer from constipation (hey, nothing to be embarrased about
!). When I was younger I would just live with it thinking it was normal until I became wiser (yeah, that happens with growing up). Today if I don't watch my diet (don't eat salad, etc.) or if I get super stressed I do get constipated. I keep a jar of CALM magnesium which works like a charm. Have to keep it moving or I feel very toxic, not a good feeling.
Even though I am totally well I still keep doing some of the things I learned from when I followed Dr. Jernigan's protocol. One example is I still do coffee enemas (after doing a clear water enema if need be) and wow, that really helps as well. I know it sounds gross but if anyone has read about
the Gerson therapies they strongly recommend the coffee enemas. Just wanted to mention that. I also continue to take detox baths simply because they not only feel good but I believe we live in a toxic world.
Again, I'm truly happy for you!
Denise
