Where to go from here

So for the past month I’ve been on rifabutin and clarithromycin trying to hit bartonella. I take them five days on and two days off a week. I had some noticeable herxing at first and the past couple weeks I’ve felt a little more energy and less symptoms. However, out of nowhere, the past couple days I’ve been tired, had joint pain and pain on the soles of my feet and it’s seemed that symptoms have come back. Why would this happen out of nowhere? I’ve also been taking nystatin and have had oral thrush on my tongue forever. However, I started a biofilm buster and for the first time ever my oral thrush is almost gone. So I feel like I should be feeling a little better with the Candida clearing. I have been wondering if I should stop the antibiotics and why I would backslide on these past couple days for no reason. This may have nothing to do with anything but I stopped my birth control a few months ago and I’m was supposed to get my period this week and never did but I’m wondering if the symptoms coming back has anything to do with that. I haven’t gotten estrogen or progesterone checked since coming off BC.
