Eye nerve/muscle pain

Hi all,

I've been on DSF for a few months now at max dose, and everything is going well, most symptoms have waned down/dissipated and I am almost ready to go off of it...except for 1 symptom that still remains strong...I get this flare up/deep pain in the muscle on the top left corner of my eye. It's not the eye itself, it's pain on top of it, in the space between the eye and the brow bone. Not sure what is up there but I think it's either the upper muscle or the trochlear nerve.

I know it is related to the either Lyme or some co-infection because I started keeping a log of when it happens and it happens exactly every 26 days (coincides with the bacteria life replication cycle). The pain usually lasts somewhere between 4-6 hours and then dies down (this is while I've been on DSF, before then it was more erratic in timing/not as predictable).

Has anyone else had something like this, and did DSF eventually eradicated it completely? Did any antibiotics help? I am also currently on Minocycline / Rifampin but I don't think those are helpful for this particular symptom.
