What antimicrobials are you increasing?
You said it started a few weeks ago. Anything changed around that time - new environment, new treatment, diet changes?
I am now post menopausal but still get faint and brief crampy feelings now and then.
My Lyme/co/mystery symptoms went full blown in 2015 following bronchitis. Five months later, regular periods stopped and I was thrown into a perimenopausal he// that went on for four years. My menopausal symptoms were very atypical, though, and hard to figure out. The chronic inflammation threw my hormones all out of whack and, I believe, caused me to be super reactive to even small changes in hormones.
I was also dealing with long term exposure to mold and mycotoxins - an adventure I can’t seem to get free from no matter where I go. Last year, I tested mycotoxins again with Great Plains lab and was found to have high levels of numerous toxins, the highest being gliotoxin and zearalenone. I had not previously been familiar with zearalenone and found out it is highly estrogenic, which explained some of the hormonal symptoms I had been having.
Mold and mycotoxins would be worth looking into, IMO.
