My diet is sugar-free and seasonal, but lately I've been enjoying lots of wonderful seasonal fruit, and the sugars from them seem to be making me feel like garbage. So I also recommend a sugar-free diet with only moderate fruit. ;) (Also gluten-free and plant-based.)
Thanks for the advice. Cutting sugar does help. I seem to always let it slip back into my diet, so I need to be more aware of that. Do you use any sweetener alternatives like Stevia? I heard some people don’t tolerate it well.
