My stomach has been better after treating my babesia and I have been seeing what I can tolerate.
Had some salsa and it knocked me out. I got very lethargic and sleepy. Woke up with feeling dizzy and stomach being thrown off.
Does this sound like MCAS or can this just be a reaction from all night shades?

Could be reacting to cilantro if you have significant heavy metals.

Thanks. No cilantro in this salsa though.

My guess would be MCAS. I am not sure exactly what symptoms nightshades are supposed to cause.

Sounds just like MCAS to me. Pretty textbook.
