Does anyone have a neck tremor that started with lyme? If so, how are you dealing with it? And what are you taking? As I increase antimicrobials, it is getting worse, as is severe body aches.

Are you detoxing? If you’re treating with antimicrobials, you need to detox from the die-off.

Some helpful things:

Epsom salt baths
Lemon water
Glutathione, NAC, or ALA
Alka Seltzer Gold
Antioxidants - turmeric or curcumin, high dose fish oil, Vit C
Phosphatidyl choline IV’s or oral
Binders - activated charcoal, chlorella, modified citrus pectin, Zeobind, bentonite clay, etc
TUDCA (my most helpful supplement)

Thank you. I am detoxing with activated charcoal. Taking glutathione, vegan fish oil, curcumin, oral phosphatydil. Thanks for the idea of alka seltzer gold! What is TUDCA?

TUDCA is Tauroursodeoxycholic acid. Here’s an article telling something about it. I started out with Microbe Formula’s TUDCA Plus, which did wonders for me. I recently switched to Nutricost Tudca due to the cost. I started my second bottle of Nutricost but reordered the TUDCA Plus and will switch again soon. After switching to Nutricost, I started feeling worse. Not sure if it has anything to do with the brand or not, as I had already started feeling worse while still on the TUDCA Plus.
