Hertsmi score - what would you do

So I’m supposed to move this week. I have to be out before the 20th.

I had trouble finding a place for awhile. I tested an apartment last week and the hermsti came back as a 14.

A majority of the dust I got was from the hvac intake vent as the place had just been cleaned very well but they missed the vent.

I’m wondering if the test could be higher from contaminated item from a prior resident or if I should just avoid.

The building is 4 years old. No musty or damp smells. I was expecting a much lower score...

It’s a 9 month lease. I doubt they’d allow special arrangements nor do I think it’s the best idea to just hope it works out. I’m spending a lot on PC IV’s right now. I have no interest in regressing either.. I would’ve ran a full ermi but I needed to 1 day it and it’s much more affordable to run that on a hertsmi.

I have some other complexes in mind. Seems I’ll just have to move on and hope the next one works out...
