I’m pretty sure I have heard of or seen yucca in hormone supplements, but I couldn’t find anything other than this:

My doc told me not to take B12 after 2pm because it could interfere with sleep.

“did not notice an issue with it (knotweed) although I know many people do have terrible problems with resveratrol and hormones long term.”
Well, I sure learned something new today!!
I never new anything about
resveratrol and hormones until today. I still use knotweed. I take 2 tsp powder 2x day. I am post menopausal now but still have bouts of hormonal something or other from time to time. I take maca. You’re supposed to take breaks, but every time I do I get worse and get back on it.

Did not know that about
knotweed. I took that for a couple years. I'd like to take again.
Thanks
