COVID Risk, Immunocompromise - Shoemaker

I just came across this COVID paper written by Shoemaker and two others.

It’s very scientific and over my head.

I am a 4-3-53. Others here who have been tested are, too.

Unfortunately, he doesn’t give a resolution for what to do (as usual).

If any science-minded folks can comprehend any of this and shed some light, it would be appreciated.

It’s one of the multi susceptible CIRS (biotoxin) HLA-DR haplotypes. The “dreaded” gene.

immunocompromised can be a vague word since there are so many parts of the immune system.

Shoemaker has a different look on it and more specific in how it pertains to his specialty - mold. Which is interesting. Hes talking about these specific immune reactions.

"Instead of saying immunocompromise, we want to define VCS, HLA DR, MSH, CD3D, GENIE, translocases and the Warburg Effect. If all aren’t normal, your risk is too high from COVID-19."

Others, health in general, are talking about actually low volume counts of immune cells, which is what I have. Again, low cd57, low protein (immunoglobulins), and low white blood cells are the tip of the iceberg in this area.

Shoemaker is about immune reaction.

A laymans version:
1) common definition- is your immune army low and thinned out, or
2) Shoemaker:are they incapacitated, and or cant communicate right
3) I'll add # 3 version: do you have both?

there is really a lot of variables and unknowns.

Just dont lick doorknobs or get in sneeze and cough pay ways- despite what some say, masks can help some people. not much but somewhat. Its not worth arguing over thats for sure.

There are several HLA genes, I have one, not the dreaded one though. Never seen that number, not in my pages of gene testing. Im not up with CIRS stuff though. I took many suggested Shoemaker tests and not enough were concerning so I stopped reading his stuff.

I just wanted to point out to those reading this that while Shoemaker is synonymous with mold, CIRS can triggered by mold, Lyme, ciguaterra, other biotoxins. You can have CIRS from Lyme without having mold exposure. CIRS is innate immune system and detox illness that perpetuates itself without treatment.

I forgot most of Shoemaker info; this explains the tests, what they are what they do. I never seen this explanation before. Great PDF folder.

i read somewhere that Richie Shoemaker has been somewhat sidelined by some of the newer research into CIRS.
i forget the source now - but fairly recent - in the last 6 months or so - i am grappling with my less than perfect memory - but i think this was mainly around the whole MARCONS thing that more recent research seems to have dispelled.
