Sounds like a good thing, for now! If you are having diarrhea, then stay hydrated and back off the magnesium, but frequent bowel movements seem like a positive effect. If you become dehydrated or if this persists beyond a week or so, then maybe reduce the mimosa pudica dosage.
(Again, I'm just basing my response on things I've read, not personal experience.)
Don't worry about being graphic. We all have bodies that do body things. ;)
For irritation, the petroleum jelly is a good idea, but I highly recommend this balm: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EIC2UY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's not cheap, but it works wonders and a container lasts a long time. It's not too tough to look at the ingredients and make your own, if you have the same stuff or close to it. Side note: I buy this balm for every pregnant friend I have, and they all think I'm weird, and then they call me after the baby arrives and rave about it! Every time. And then we all keep it around years later because sometimes undercarriages need some comfort!
thank you!
