I use an earthing mat now and then but only for a short time, about
10-20 min as it increases detox and symptoms for me. I would use it more often if I didn’t have to perform almost every day. I get the same from earthing outside, but I can be longer barefoot outside compared to my mat. I have forgotten a bit about
it lately, but I will use it again this week. My guess is that my liver is flooded with toxins and earthing helps to detox that.
I think you should start with just doing for a short while.
