Skeletonflower: I understand that a lack of oxygen can produce pain.. but for me, I wouldn't be able to describe a specific type of pain as being the result of a lack of oxygen. Like if I had a pain in my lower back, I wouldn't say "it feels like my kidneys are not getting enough oxygen". That is why I asked you these other questions, to try and get a bigger picture:

Why do you feel it could be related to your lungs? Are you short of breath?
Edited to add: Does the pain increase with physical activity?
I know you don't have the necessary access to medical care, but a cardiac stress test is usually the first procedure done to rule out a blockage.
