I got some of my test results back and my copper is 77 which is getting on the low side. I know low zinc causes high copper, so does that.mean I must have high zinc which I highly doubt? I have scars and bruises that don't heal with injury which low zinc can cause and I haven't had a zinc test so guessing that's low as well. A women wrote an article on mold toxicity and how she was instructed to take b6 with the correct amount of copper and zinc since copper removed zinc or vice versa. Has anyone ever had there zinc and copper checked out? Apparently mold effects vit d and most ppl have low levels do to this. The lady says the zinc and copper is mostly part of the chelation process and this is how she recovered, let's see how this goes.
