How to treat a UTI while on antibiotics for Lyme and Bart?

I've been in treatment several months with great succes for lyme and co's, but because of my stupidity, i had unprotected sex while during the treatment and i didn't think this was a big issue. I wasn't aware that i could get an infection, and now i was diagnosed with a UTI staph infection, that is resitant to azithromycin, rifampin and doxy. What can be done in this case? I had a penile culture, they found staph epidermidis that is sensibile to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin, however due to tendon breakage and rupture fear, i won't take those (don't want to risk my health). Has anyone encountered such issues? I'm a male 23 year old, what can be done? What supplements might help?

People get UTIs from a lot of things. No reason to shame yourself for how you may have developed one!

Your case sounds tough because you have a resistant strain of staph. Another pharma option usually is bactrim, but since you didn't list that, I suppose your strain wasn't susceptible to bactrim? Anamu is an herb sometimes used for resistant bacterial UTIs.

Her remedies helped end an eight-month battle my child had with a MRSA skin infection. I am less familiar with options for internal use, but manuka honey, probiotics, and garlic (or allicin) seem like a good place to start.
