Just so you’re aware, composite fillings (not the mercury amalgams) are made of various substances from numerous manufacturers. If you want, you can have what is called compatibility testing first to determine if you have any immune reactions to substances used in dental materials. It’s nice to do this, since fillings will be in your mouth a very long time, and you don’t want to put permanent materials in your body that your immune system reacts to.
There’s a Clifford test and a Biocomp test. I had the Biocomp. It covered more stuff than the Clifford, I believe. It was over 60 pages long. It’s mind blowing the number of chemicals and substances that may be used in dental materials.

Also, if the cavities are mild, a biological dentist may be able to treat the cavities with ozone rather than having to fill them.
