Hi all! I just wanted to share something I’ve been using as it’s the only thing that’s given me consistent results. That being said this is not for everyone.

Shamanic Journeying is really best for those who are open minded and/or more “spiritual”. It’s really helped me in pinpointing what I needed to treat and how (as well as my dog who was so sick he was dying at one point).


Shamanism is the oldest form of spirituality in existence (30,000 years old). Practitioners enter an altered state of consciousness through meditation to interact with the “spirit world” so they can bring back information about any questions you have. This is referred to as Journeying. In a nutshell you lay down while listening to a drum beat while closing your eyes while focusing on a specific question that you have. After you enter a trance like meditative state you then get answers from a spirit guide that can help guide you in which direction to go.


I know it sounds like silly nonsense. But for those who are interested please check out all of the books on Amazon about it as well as the reviews.


You can get a book to try to learn to do it yourself, ask a friend (I have a friend who does it for me) or hire someone who is good at it.

But every week I leave feeling lighter and happier. I definitely recommend alternative forms of healing for anyone with trauma, especially if you hate therapy or can't find a good therapist who you trust. I also want to say that a year ago I never would have believed in any of this stuff, and when I started going to the Shaman I was a skeptic. After the first session I was 100% a believer in energy and reiki.

I'm happy to hear that!! I tried going to a lot of energy workers, healers and shamans but unfortunately I didn't start getting results until I stumbled onto Journeying and my friend started doing them for me.

I tried going to a few around me and none of them knew what journeying was (and the one who did only got images). If you're able to I'd really recommend going with one of the authors on Amazon (or at least someone who journeys and has really great reviews; and gets actual messages. I went to one who only saw images because she was either doing the journeys incorrectly or just unable to).

The author Sandra Ingerman in "Shamanic Journeying" says she uses her journeys to diagnose issues with her car and they've never been wrong to give you an idea of how powerful they can be.


So far they've helped me in curing my dog (identifying something he was allergic to and causing auto-immune reactions so severe his CNS was being attacked- the second we treated it his symptoms drastically lessened), cured my insomnia, confirmed that Bartonella was causing psychosis, told me which Bartonella treatment worked the best (I had tried doing 3 different treatments: antibiotics, herbs and rifing but I had stopped rifing. The journey told me that the rife was the best treatment and not to stop using it and it was true. I went back on it and my years worth of symptoms cleared in DAYS).

I use them as guidelines for my treatment. Good luck!!

I used to see a chiropractor who studied with a tribal shaman in South America. He did some really weird stuff that’s all I can say ! Too bad his appointments were so short. Unfortunately sometimes some of these alternative clinicians are so useful that they make their appointments short to handle all their customers and then of course they’re making a whole boatload of money doing it .

At that point,the whole purpose you’ve seen them in the first place no longer makes sense.

I didn’t read your link but this stuff I imagine is like a whole Nother world. Someone could read up on it but to actually pick it up in practice would be very difficult so if you’ve somehow done that, hats off to you, I don’t think I have time.

Thanks! But it's actually pretty easy. All you do is listen to a drum beat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0k78ekxsyeg&t=3243s while laying down and closing your eyes while focusing on a very specific question you want answers for.


If anyone wants to try it, I'd definitely recommend it! It only takes 30-45mins and you don't even have to do it that often although sometimes you may have to do follow up journeys to get clarity regarding certain responses. If you have lingering symptoms you can't get rid of you can do a journey specifically regarding that topic and ask something to the effect of "What is the safest and fastest treatment I can use to get rid of the extreme fatigue I have?" and then go from there.
