Long term antibiotics thoughts and Clindamycin

I have been on antibiotics a little over a year and a half prescribed to me from my LLMD.

Treatment -

H Pylori. - 3 months/Amox/Biaxin - Healed
Persistent Lyme - 6 months - Tinda/Claritho - no progress /w markers
Test positive for Babs.
Babs - 6 months Mepron/Clarithro - no progress
Babs actually showed up with higher markers.
Currently on Clindamycin/plaquenil for 2 1/2 months.
H Pylori had come back and now waiting to see where my babs is at.

I have been going back and forth with how I feel. Pretty instense herxes within these last 3 weeks. Can it take awhile to start Herxing on Clindamycin/plaquenil. I feel like my health is declining. I heard that it is a dangerous combo that can cause nasty side effects. Herx/ side effects?

I was thinking about dropping my LLMD if no progress has been made. Feel like I’m back at square one now I have H Pylori again. It’s concerning cause my LLMD doesnt test for mold and I wonder if it could be my issue. Is real time labs mold test accurate? Was thinking about getting it myself.
