I dont know about
nature healing anything lyme related but being in nature is certainly a mentally positive time good for your soul. Getting into nature was certainly more difficult when I had lyme symptoms, but still did so on a lower/easier level. Flowing water AKA "the babbling brook" is quit calming, anyone who has access to natural creeks, streams ect, even under a country road bridge- I'd highly recommend it. Im lucky to have those near by.
Some people certainly feel more grounded and connected to nature when in it, I am one and find it odd that not many people are like this......or are they (?).... but just dont know/ live to far from it ect?

Fast forward to post lyme (healed) present time:
Went mnt biking today (14 miles of winding / hilly / woodsy single track) with past friends from years ago. This was the first time riding with others in years. I was the lead rider again (like years ago), waiting for the non-lyme slow-pokes lol. Even waiting for them was enjoyable out in the woods on the dirt trail and not in the weeds. Sprayed my shoes and socks with Permetherin (tick killer) just in case, and tick checked my legs when stopped. 55F and sunny, perfect day. I cant wait for canoe weather, waters still pretty cool, but sure is clear in the spring.
Nature sure feels more alive above freezing, but there's also something about
outdoor winters solitude, if you can get past the being cold part (a personal struggle sometimes). I fatbiked to a frozen island two months ago on a remote frozen lake with no roads or public access around it, its was a very fulfilling short "adventure" that Ive wanted to do for years. Had snowshoes on my back in case I needed them, luckily I was able to pedal most of the way. When I got back home, reflecting on my day, I had a great sense of accomplishment along with a totally calm feeling, and so much cool fresh air. I cant get that from anything else.
