The title intrigued me. Since it is produced by Gaia, I suspected “Transcendence” might be referring to a spiritual practice akin to transcendental meditation. It is. I searched a little deeper and found this Gaia article on transcendence. This is most definitely New Age spiritual practices. Just want others to realize that, as some do not wish to engage is such practices and they can be very subtle in their introduction.
