How can you treat pelvic inflammatory disease naturally? From mycoplasma ureplasma

I am diagnosed with mycoplasma genital infection and other co infections of Lyme , the women doctor perscribed me antibiotics and it did not work mycoplasma became resistant to it and she wasn’t willing to treat me anymore after that. She wouldn’t treat my mycoplasma infection so I tried booking appointments with other women doctors and they kept cancelling my appointment after that. So I am needing to treat it naturally but not sure where to start from this? What’re some good remedies people have had succes with ?
