That’s usually the sciatica nerve. That can be pinched in numerous different areas in your lower back and maybe even from tight muscles in the hamstring area.
Are used to get the same thing and while I had Lyme physical therapy did not do a whole lot after Lyme it improved quite a bit.
I’ve never had any spinal fusion but there is a specific physical therapy machine called Med-x that works on the lower lumbar area a lot better than any other machines out there.
I hear you on the standing on concrete that is quite painful sometimes when you have low back issues the job I eventually went into has a lot wider variety of physical positions so that helps.
