After many years of suffering and many many starts and stops on many protocols, I am now trying Buhner. I am working with an herbalist who has been great about helping me customize which herbs to take. The issue I am having is figuring out what order to ramp up in. I am currently taking 2 drops of each of the following : japanese knotweed, cats claw, sida acuta, chinese skullcap, and andrographis. I am highly sensitive and typically almost everything makes me herx! I am doing okay on the two drops each and would like to increase one at a time. What order would you suggest doing it in? Also, how will I know when it is time to hold steady and then increase the next herb?
Fyi...I am also taking: greater celandine for nerve pain, motherwort and Healthy Heart Compound (Herbalist & Alchemist brand) for heart issues, Lions mane, ergothioneine (also from mushrooms), vit d3 , curcumin, liposomal c, occasional liposomal glutathione, 2 kinds of magnesium, NAC, pulsatilla (for anxiety...haven't tried it yet!), ashwaganda, for detox and herxes: burbur/pinella, occasional charcoal, lemon water, benadryl
