Allergic all of a sudden?milk thistle

I normally take a milk thistle with no problem. I've taken 2 at a time in the past.and was fine. Today I popped 2, and literally like 5 min later my heart started racing, felt panic, flushed ,irritable, chest pressure or idk what almost likens herx. Now I feel exhausted by a little anxious. It does say on the label not to take milk thistle of you're allergic or sensitive to ragweed, daisy's and other few things. Has this happened to anyone off of milk thistle?? Now idk what to use for liver detox and I'm sure not going to try the milk thistle again after this smh

You should look into TUDCA, its great for the liver.

looked it up , saw so many good reviews bt looked up some of the natural ingredients and one of them called Taraxacum officinale come from those white dandelions and I'm allergic they itch me. I always have a hard time trying herbs and antimicrobials due to my many allergies.

How much Tudcs do u take daily? I have a bottle at home

It's best to take in in separate dosages by the way.

So if you take 750 mg, I would take it three times a day (250 mg).
