Just thought I’d share something that was recommended to me that has really helped. Calendula (Marigold Flowers), it has antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal properties, but is mild enough for the eye. It has genuinely helped me and is inexpensive and easy to find.

Oh, I probably should have explained how you do it 😂
Put 2 heaped spoonfuls of Calendula into a mug. Pour over boiled water. Cover and leave to stand for 20mins. Strain, leave to cool. Bathe eyes with it, or use an eye bath.
My first time stung a tiny tiny bit, but now it’s absolutely fine and quite soothing.

You’re welcome, I hope it helps 😊
I’m using a bag of the dried flowers. You can drink it as tea too.

I did order both, in liquid form and as tea..
It was not very expensive, if it works just little it would be worth it..

Make sure to boil the water for about
5 mins first so it’s clean. I’m not sure about
the liquid form, I’ve not seen that. Make sure there’s no additives in it that can hurt your eye. A load of teabags in the cup might be best. I really hope it helps 🙏

Calendula is extremely easy to grow, and each bloom makes lots of new seeds, so it's one of the easier medicinal plants to grow yourself, in case that appeals to anyone.
