Hello Everyone:
I was tested for Lyme back in July. I was told that I was being tested for Lyme and co-infections. When I was given the results. I was told I had Lyme disease. Co-infections never came up in the conversation. Do any of these bands indicate I was tested for co-infections?:

I felt better after the 21 days of Doxy. But not completely, Now my symptoms are back. I do intend on seeing a infectious disease specialist who my primary will refer me to. I also, think since I've taken Doxy so many times for my Lyme, that my Lyme may be immune to the Doxy.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Well - you definitely tested positive for Lyme.
The positive bands: 23, 41,and 39 = Lyme disease.
No those test results aren’t for the coinfections - those are Lyme disease test results ONLY.
Many of us don’t get coinfections tested - but a LLMD or LLND will often clinically diagnose coinfections and/or just treat the two more common coinfections: Babesia and Bartonella.
The Dr should have continued your treatment with the doxy until you were symptom free PLUS a few more weeks.
Now it’s time to seek out a lyme literate doctor - either an MD or an ND
