Small nitpick; When it comes to effectiveness of the COVID vaccinations belief is as useless as an ice cream cone without ice cream It doesn't matter what people choose or are influenced/indoctrinated into believing. When it comes to effectiveness what matter is the evidence.
Since you have already had COVID you should get very strong immunity with one shot. If your workplace's rules are that you have to be fully vaccinated then you could go for the one shot J&J shot. There are rare cases of a serious type of blood clot associated with these vaccines. The risk is highest among women 50 and under.
The mRNA vaccines don't have this blood clot association, but it takes 2 shots to be considered fully vaccinated. The Pfizer vaccine uses a lower dose than the Moderna, and has been shown, at least earlier this year, to have lesser side effects in general.
I've been chronically ill since I had a tick bite in 2015. I got the two shot Pfizer regimen, and my side effects were mild.
