Sarahjane09 - Oh yes, I did that the very first day I woke up and my legs stopped working. y heart was going 150-170 for about
a month, constant panic, etc. you know, fun lol. But yes, I study nutrition biochemistry, it's my thing. There are actually lots of things out there that are important to look out for. Lots of marketing gimmicks. Drinking red wine and eating chocolate are good examples of things that are said to be good for us, but they are loads of crap. Be sure to avoid the small benefits and always reach for the best of the best. You could always go for grapes and cacao nibs, although in my research, it's better to avoid alcohol and caffeine entirely, due to them being more harmful than good. Just think, less is more. With that said, I eat a lot of plant foods, such as dark leafy greens, lots of asparagus (beets, asparagus, okra, etc. are all great for detoxification), beans, etc. This also ties into what you were asking as far as detox. I use Multiphase Detox by DaVinci Labs as well. I take 2 caps 30 mins before meals, 3 times daily.
It is certainly worth noting that getting the right amount of sleep is crucial. Regardless, I still wake every few hours. Sometimes I will get lucky and get 4-6 straight. I do try to sleep, but many of you know how this goes with that. I don't have issues going to bed as much as I have issues with getting back to bed after only a few hours. But sleep is the best detoxification our bodies can possibly get, alongside drinking water.
Notime4lyme - I have yet to use anything. Yes, artemisinin is great for more than just Babesia too. It's one of those herbs that can really knock a lot out. Currently, the Byron White's A-BAB is what my doc wants me to try first, which starts on the 14th or 15th after my detox stuff kicks in for a bit, although nothing has really made me feel better. We are trying to take this slow, but no matter what I take, I am suffering. Nothing makes me feel better, but some things do feel worse after taking them. Not sure if my detoxification system is simply clogged up or what.
This is what is inside of the A-BAB. I do know of many of these herbs, but I have never taken them.

Side note, I just went to the bathroom and my body felt way more stiff than usual. Almost felt like I was close to fainting. This has happened before but today it is incredibly intense. Funny thing is, the other room is now even more blocked off and I am away from it further. I am just really bad at this moment. It's been getting worse throughout the day. I feel like every single hole throughout my head is clogged up, except the mouth. It's not the typical feeling you would get. I just feel like I am a spaz and have to keep moving, more than usual though. Losing lots of feeling down my right arm. It quite literally feels like I am dying, but this happens at random no matter what I do. No words can describe this. I feel alone in this because I am completely alone at home and have reached out to so many but cannot get any help. I also feel lonely even online because it's really tough to find others like myself, so that is why I am trying so hard to reach out and see what there is. So I appreciate these comments, they mean everything. Thank you all so much. I may come across as a nerdy know-it-all sometimes, but I promise I don't mean it that way. It's just who I am. I am obsessed with learning and it's one of the only things I can do to refrain from the constant thoughts that consume me.
I am going to speak with my doc tomorrow about
some of this information. I am not sure if I need to be on something else to help tame my issues, so we will see.
I would also like people to know that I am always available to answer questions that you may have as well. I am new to this but have been learning more in the past couple of months, but I do know plenty about
healing and staying healthy. I love helping others and am always able to try and help.
