Parasite treatment

I had some really good results from microbe formulas mimosa pudica + formula 1.

I switched docs around then and had started that cleanse during the in between. Current doc had me do 3 weeks of biltricide at 2x a week.

I’ve yet to form an opinion between the two. I had a lot of weird things come out during the natural route. And they kept coming. There’s an older post I made on this. Biltricide I noticed nothing. Maybe I cleared out the bulk of them prior. Maybe it was inadequate. I didn’t notice a change symptom wise during the biltricide but I did feel improvement going the natural way - the problem is a lot of those herbs in formula 1 could’ve went after microbes that I hadn’t consistently thought to go after (I.e. babesia - tested positive after parasite cleanse but negative before - did it give my immune system a chance to finally fight back?) questions questions..

I can’t speak on D.E. Or the RX though.

Since we often discuss labs, tests, and parasites on this site, I'm curious about which test(s) and lab(s) you used? Also, which parasite(s) were found?

I have had long term problems with ropeworm and have taken a lot of herbal supplements for both yeast and parasites. Mimosa pudica, Formula 1, Intestinal Mover all from Microbe Formulas. The Mimosa pudica is very effective for getting ropeworm out.

I did 15 days of Pyrantel pamoate based on Klinghardt’s protocol a year ago. It did something, but effects were very mild.

I just finished 2 weeks of Ivermectin. It helped some but no major improvements.

I skipped a day and a half and then started Alinia. I feel like the Alinia is helping. Right at the end of the first week now. Will do another week.

I have always heard that when it comes to parasites that Rx are the way to go, and I agree. My feeling with herbs was that it just caused prolonged discomfort and herxing and basically irritated the parasites without killing them.

Look into Klinghardt/Simon Yu protocol. There are also supportive measures you should have to take care of heavy metals.

I only had one test for parasites and it was negative. I have read from multiple sources that parasite testing is not very useful because of false negatives.

I would think the doctor who tested you would prescribe the drugs for each type you have.

Sorry, loski01, it was. However, if you have any tests and/or labs to share, I certainly welcome them.

I’ve done a mix of both. I just recently finished 12 days of ivermectin. It was the most intense psych herx, but I felt much better afterwards. It significantly helped my asthma, and we believe it killed parasites in my lungs that no other parasite med has gotten to. When I did a coffee enema during the ivermectin protocol, it was the most productive enema I had had with any parasite protocol yet. Not saying ivermectin or rx drugs are a good fit for everyone though, especially in the beginning. I had done many rounds of natural protocols before we resorted to rx meds. I did herbs and homeopathics. I think that doing rx meds in the beginning could be too much on your system. For some they do tend to produce significant herx reactions. My personal opinion is to try mimosa pudica and other natural herbs like wormwood before jumping into rx meds.
