I just wrapped up 2 weeks Ivermectin followed by 2 weeks Alinia. The Alinia has really been good for me. I have had major improvements in energy, endurance, and recovery time. I should have another bottle in the house, but my mom couldn’t find it last night. I know I filled 2 prescriptions. Hoping to find it and continue at least another week. I feel like I need to do it a little longer.
Last week, I cleaned the siding on the house, trimmed bushes, raked leaves and pine straw and cut grass. I worked 4 days in a row. I did more yesterday and will continue. There’s more to do. I only work 1.5-3 hours at a time, but I have been amazed at how long and strenuously I could work. One day, I spent about an hour just pulling up roots by hand - back breaking work. I would take a shower after I was done, put on some Penetrex cream before bed, and repeat the next day.
Day before yesterday, I didn’t do any work and went for a walk that evening. I was amazed at how good I felt. No pain anywhere, and walked at a brisker pace easily.
I do get pain in my feet after working or walking and pain and numbness in my hands at night after working. Doesn’t prevent me from getting stuff done again the next day, though. My mold and chemical sensitivities are also improved, as well as MCAS symptoms.
Wow! That is impressive, WalkingbyFaith!
Hope this continues!
