Trying to think of things that could relieve the head pressure. Obviously, it will depend on the specific cause or mechanism creating the pressure and headache, but this is what I can think of off the top of my head.
Intracranial pressure - this would require a doctor’s diagnosis and treatment (not sure what the treatment actually is)
Babesia - Is known for causing more of a pressure type headache. Treat babesia.
Lymphatic clogs - lymphatic drainage massage, Red root or lymphatic drainage remedies, rebounding (might be hard with a headache)
Fibrin Buildup - use systemic proteolytic enzymes (serrapeptase, nattokinase, lumbrokinase (Bolouke)). Fibrin in blood vessels reduces blood flow. Fibrin is problematic in bartonella and mold.
Toxins Not Removed by immune system - use a variety of binders. Cholestyramine is probably the most potent. Binds to toxins released in the bile and prevents them from recirculating in the enterohepatic loop. Coffee enemas is another route that can be done in addition to binders.
If you have done all that and nothing has ever touched the headache/pressure and no cause was found, look into autoimmune encephalitis.
NOTE: If you have pathogens in the gut that are producing toxins internally, you will need to kill the pathogens - antifungals, antiparasitics. - in addition to binding the toxins they release.
