Sounds like LPR or "silent reflux" (laryngopharyngeal reflux). That would explain the acidic feeling as well. Lots of people get this without any infections, so while your infections might be involved, it's also possible that this is not directly caused by an infection.
Some forum members have had excellent results treating various kinds of reflux with D-limonene.
I had that awful throat sensation from LPR for a long time a few years back. What helped me was making sure to sit upright for at least an hour after eating or drinking, and not eating or drinking after 5 p.m. for a while. I also started taking digestive enzymes and digestive bitters. I wasn't moving around much at the time (because I was so sick) and struggled with gastroparesis, so I think the lack of mechanical digestion was an issue for me. In retrospect, I think I should have tried some elimination yoga poses.
Whenever Bart and myco is active I develop digestive issues and stuff . So definitely related to the bacteria . But the bubbles and stuff is not related to digestion because I can tell the difference. And the bubbles come with rib pain so it’s definitely bartonella .
