Pneumonia , is it from strep or Myco?

Bronchitis , lungs hurt, wheezing, trouble breathing. Heading to the doctors , but I fear they’ll think it’s Covid . But it’s been going on and off for days now then it started getting worse . I’m concerned because I have mycoplasma pneumonia so if strep because a pneumonia too it’s going to become problematic or septic. I don’t respond well to antibiotics either . I’m wondering could the raintree formula not only treat Myco but possibly strep pneumonia too? Has anyone had good results ?
