Gut hurts bad, burning, acid, lack of appetite, bloating . I’m wondering what are some tolerable treatments that can heal my gut?

There are a couple of specific antibiotics for SIBO but the best thing you can do with all that is to eliminate FOD map foods. A doctor told me this helps 75% of SIBO patients.

People affected by this food group cannot digest a certain sugar which goes into the intestine fermenting becoming food for SIBO. You can easily Google for further details on this information.
