Hi dcd,
Hope you're doing well.
If I recall correctly you were taking PS in the past.
Regardless, this might be up your alley:

Take care 🙂

Anti-phospholipid syndrome - or APS/Hughe's Syndrome / "sicky blood syndrome" ( all names for the same thing)
is an interesting condition - one i have done a little digging into and even been tested for
basically auto-antibodies form to normal human phospholipids ( or one or two other constituents of the membrane of red blood cells ) triggering coagulation - often leading to strokes or deep vein thrombosis attacks - miscarriage also
is common in people who have other auto-immune diseases
when read the forums - people are limping through their lives - trying to manage their condition through high doses of anti-coagulants like heparin - and still suffering flares, strokes, blood clots etc in random attacks without apparent reason.
to me it screams infection - likely bartonella or rickettsia ( both known to trigger hypercoagulative states ) or similar - sufferers often have CNS issues - v like bartonella - anxiety etc but the people are tragically trapped in an auto-immune only paradigm - and without any real hope of effective treatment. its tragic.

Very interesting rainy, thank you for posting!
I did try PC in the past, but for whatever reason it caused some anxiety and insomnia for me
Very interesting wrt anti-phospholipid antibodies being a marker for infection. Everything is pointing towards these infections as being the causative agent in AI disease
