Hello,

I have had a long lasting parasite infection and have recently done ART and energetically found that some heavy metals are effecting my system so I would like to what people have done to do a heavy metal detox.

Im currently taking cilantro and chlorella and about to by a ionic footbath but wanted to know what people do to reduce their metal load which will be effective as I think it's preventing me from getting rid of my parasites.

I have and am currently in the process of addressing dental issues but feel like heavy metals is a big burden.

Can anyone give me tips on an effective metal detox regime.

I have a home infra-red sauna - that helped
If you are getting parasites on an ongoing basis it might be low stomach acid. And it might be the food you are eating. I can get parasites from salad vegetables, canned fish, shellfish no matter how much it has been cooked and just generally I seemed to be picking them up on a continuous basis.
Betaine HCL helps with stomach acid issues.
I haven't had them for a while at least according to the tests I have been having. I think it is because I am very vigilant about what I eat and I am drinking ozonated water and taking oral ACS 200 Nano Silver. So far so good.

I would consider reading The Borax Conspiracy. A couple of my friends are having good results. Supposedly amazing for candida, halogens like fluoride, and has some effect heavy metal detox. Kinda wanna try it myself.
