Ive had cryptolepsis sitting on the shelf for about
7-8 months. Can I still use it or should I get a fresh one?

tincture ? - no - tinctures are typically good for years if the bottle is sealed

yes it is a tincture and has been sealed. It just didnt taste as bitter as I remember last so I wast wondering if it lost anything

should be fine - mine typically tastes more earthy - like soil - than bitter - and i make it myself from the dried root
