Hi guys I just had a colonoscopy done for abnormal cells abs HPV. I also have HSV, Lyme, Coinfections and the MTHFR mutation. I was pretty down knowing I have another virus added to my system. My doctor said any new partner you have will most likely spread you a different strain of HPV. She said the best thing you can do is to boost your immune system. What do you guys recommend I try? I am on the full Cowden protocol, LDN, Zinc, Vit D, L-methyfolate and a very low dose of monolaurin. What else can I do! I want to be on LDN but can’t find a doctor who will prescribe it to me. Any thoughts? Thank you!

i make my own LDN by buying 50mg tablets from reputable online pharmacies and dissolving them in 50ml of water to give a solution of 1mg per ml - that i can then dose very accurately with a graduated 1ml syringe

this is very important as LDN is not your typical medication - where you just take x dose per day and you are done - if you have Lyme and other chronic illness things going on you are likely to react v strongly to it - and it therefore needs to be very gradually increased up from less than 1mg. but the LDN research trust says that the people who react the most are usually the ones it helps most in the end - has been the case for me.

many LLMD's do not understand this and i hear of a lot of people having problems with not tolerating it as a result
