I've had similar experiences. I also would stop antibiotics, up Sacch B. and probiotics, and eat a healthy bland diet until it stops. L-Glutamine and bone broth can help leaky gut. If you keep having frequent diarrhea that doesn't calm down in a few days you should probably see a doctor.
My gut is all the way messed up from illness. I'm almost always somewhat constipated with a gurgling stomach, but, with diet, sacch b., probiotics, and kefir I keep the diarrhea in check.
