Frontal Lobe Lump under Skin

Hey Friends -
I have had Lyme and Co for over 2 decades, only found out 3 years ago and slowly treating. I have had a nickle size lump on the left side of my forehead about an inch from my eye brow for as long as I can remember. It gets bigger and more swollen when I herx or have a brain flare, then goes back to normal size. It is soft and does not hurt.

Waiting on a biopsy as we suspect it could be a build up of Borrelia or even Bartonella - has anyone experienced anything like this?

I don’t recall experiencing something like that in particular.
But Lyme and CO’s cause all sorts of signs and symptoms.

Do you have a LLMD or LLND treating you ?

Hopefully, it’s nothing to worry about. It could swell when you’re herxing due to blood vessels in, under, or around the nodule.

I have some lumps under my skin, which haven't gone away with treatment. I don't know what it is. Doctor thought maybe a neurofibroma, but wasn't concerned about it unless it got bigger, which it hasn't.

It's not painful, so I suspect it's not a neurofibroma. It hasn't gone away despite apparently successful bart treatment, so I dunno what it is.

It is likely either a facial lymph node or a cyst sitting on one of the facial nerves but may also be a random infection-related nodule. These microbes have some crazy manifestations.
If you're a net researcher, look for images of the facial lymph nodes and also the placement of the cranial nerves to see if there's a correlation. A biopsy should reveal a lot. I'd be awaiting it with white knuckles because knowing is always better than the worry associated with the unknown, for me. I tend to jump down a lot of rabbit holes in search of root causes.
You may want to look into glial lymphatics, much is found in Ayurvedic Medicine, it's the science and practice of brain detox. I do semi-regular deep massage of the nodes, easy to do when at rest. We have a lot of side-facial, temporal, sub-mandibular, occipital, and neck lymph nodes; clearing them helps hugely with brain detox. I use castor or coconut oil and always massage, deeply enough to elicit sl pain, toward the heart. When congested, they soften with directional massage.
BiopureUS and KiScienceUK have flow creams with extensive R&D that a person can use to help open these detox pathways, not to use at night because the blood flow is so increased that it causes lucid dreaming. I use red root tincture to aid the lymphs with clearing cellular and other detox debris (advise using red root with low dose aspirin or when on a regimen of protein / protease biofilm busters to counter its blood coag properties).
So many of these things resolve over time as we manage to get the infections under control.
