Ideas on how to apply liquid Solomon seal to my back?

The upper part of my mid back, you know the part that is impossible to reach with your hand.

I can kind of drip it down my spine with the eyedropper but I’d like to swish it around let it soak in.

I’ve seen some back applicators for creams and such but liqwid Solomon seal tincture would just soak right into the the long handled foam thingy.

Been trying some new old stuff at the gym and my upper mid back is not really liking it.

With three slight spinal curves, my spine just does not like any compression - even lightweight 80 pound overhead press which feels good the day I do this ...but days after it Complains

In addition to what Garzie said, there are also electric/battery powered - plant spray bottles that have an on/off switch so you don't have to keep pressing the button.

You could:

- Place it on a table
- Press the on button
- Turn around and have it spray your back for you
