American skullcap for relaxation, stress,& anxiety, anything in common with Chinese skullcap?

I’m trying this as needed.

it’s solarray brand American skullcap , Capsules, 425 mg.

Does this have any anti-microbial properties that could possibly create any herxing if there are any bugs left in me?

(That’s said, even though my signature says cured, I have a? after it for a reason , because I firmly believe you never completely rid yourself of these pathogens that are in us. You become more degrees of functional. That may depress some new members here however , that is most likely the truth. And functional is certainly better than nonfunctional!) And I have been functional for the last five years maybe.

I am not certain whether or not American skullcap has anti-microbial activity -I would imagine if you notice symptoms kicking up after ingestion, you have your answer.

Respectfully, we all have our individual beliefs about what is occurring in our body to get us back to health. But personally for me my goal is more symptom resolution driven and that is how I measure progress. I am not so concerned with whether or not the pathogen is still present as whether or not my system is reacting by generating symptoms.

Whether or not I am lowering pathogen load through therapy and detoxing is a bonus.
