Yes, remember im in remission.
You need to treat the whole body, the gut, Even individual body systems, and the infection all at the same time.
That’s how I went from almost nonfunctioning to 85-90%functioning in about
three years after a couple of decades of getting worse.
Infection only treatment is probably only effective for more acute infections, not long-term ones .
I have a bathtub and tried cold baths they didn’t make me feel as good as just an upper cold shower. So what it did; it woke me up a little more in the morning and also cooled a lot of inflammation tension in my upper body without getting my whole body body internally cold.
Problem I have, once my internal core is cold it’s pretty hard to warm back up. Unless you’re in Arizona heat or central US summer humidity being that cold is pretty uncomfortable. I could absolutely not do it with the fall winter and spring indoor temperatures unless I really cranked up the thermostat, which then cost a lot.
I’m just not sure how much cold is better for you vs just a little cold.
When American football players do the ice baths it’s primarily for their beat up bodies Muscles tendons and joints.
