Hormone test help interpreting

I feel like my numbers are like right there at the limit . Does this mean I was premenopausal?? These results are old from 2018.

as far as i can see your results are middle of the normal range for women before menopause for free Testosterone and DHEA S

after menopause levels of sex hormones and their precursors are typically expected to drop - hence the lower figures provided by the lab as normal range

so you would be nearer the top of the range for a post menopausal women - because the range is narrower and lower - but this is not suggestive of a problem - more that these levels are consistent with those of women prior to menopause

TSH is low but within range - which in general is usually a good thing ( the range for TSH has been increased in recent years - mainly because the population is sicker than it used to be) so a number below 1 is probably nearer ideal

overall - inflammation from chronic illness can mess with all hormone levels and also how the bodies cells respond to them - so some mild fluctuation in levels if to be expected in chronic illness - but i do not see any significant issue in these results

Excuse my brain fog, the reading is so much for me right now so does that mean I haven't hit menopause yet correct 😂? Even though the tsh is always like right there at the limit, I still feel crappy with the symptoms . I was already diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism
